Skin is every human being reflection of their personality. Healthy skin prevents acne formations. There are different types of acne. The deficiency of vitamins and minerals leads to acne formation. Stress also is one of the causes of this disorder. Vitamins play a vital role in skin care. When taken a balance diet along with good quality of multi vitamin in a routine can avoid acne disorders. Strong dose of vitamin A and vitamin B 5 are top prior for acne treatment. Vitamins and minerals are generally antioxidants that flush free radicals and toxins from the body. Some have anti bacterial effects and promote immunity.
It is important to keep skin pores clean from clogging of toxins. It is necessary to be aware of healing when ever the skin is damaged. Too much of vitamins and minerals are also extremely dangerous. It involves in healing of wounds by enhancing the circulation of blood and lowering stress levels and has the control over adrenal glands. Vitamin B6 is known as pyridoxine. The deficiency of B6 causes acne. It play important role in metabolizing protein, sugars and fatty acids. It is responsible for healthy immune system in producing antibodies. These B complex vitamins can be taken three times daily. Vitamin B2 works with Vitamin A to improve and maintain the mucous membrane.
Vitamin C responds to the tissue growth and repairs with bioflavonoid which has an antibacterial effect. High sugar diet can cause loss of chromium which results with infections in skin. Zinc deficiency also causes acne. This prevents scarring, activity of oil glands, healing of tissues and avoids formation of free radicals. Vitamin E is also an antioxidant. It enhances healing and tissue repairs. A dosage of twice daily multivitamin with chromium helps to get rid of acne disorders.
