Caring your face skin March 12, 2010Daily face skin care is more effective in making our skin look beautiful.
After a day’s hard work it becomes important to take good care of our skin. No matter whether we are male or female but taking care of our skin is an important issue for both. We all demand a good looking skin so that it makes us feel good about ourselves. So it is not a big deal in spending some time to get a clean and healthy looking skin. With the passing time, dirt and dead cells start accumulating onto our skin. It becomes essential to wash off the dead cells so that skin pores open and it then lets the skin to breathe properly.
Before one starts a proper skincare routine, it is necessary to know the skin type. Good care treatment for our skin is utterly dependent on the skin type like is it oily, dry, normal, and sensitive or sun damaged, treatments differ from person to person. Face skin care should be planned to suit a specific skin type. There are some who are lucky to have a normal skin and they don’t need any extra care but many of us are not so lucky. We need to maintain a healthy face skin care routine to sustain its softness and smoothness.
Daily face skin care is more effective in making our skin look beautiful. With some tips and tricks we can look younger without spending extra money and time. Cleansing the skin helps in dissolving dirt and old makeup particles which are washed away by water. Cleansers used in the process contain water, oil and surfactants. Oil present in them helps in dissolving oil on face and surfactants then dissolve the dirt and ultimately water washes it off. Therefore it is a good to do cleansing once in a week as that natural glow does not fades away.
The next step in skin care after cleansing is exfoliation. It is a weekly skin care routine step which can’t be neglected. They help in maintaining a youthful skin tone. Exfoliating can be done by using chemical peels, retinoids and more commonly by micro-dermabrasions. Exfoliating is nothing but scrubbing of the skin that works by removing topmost skin layer of dead cells. It also generates collagen in the skin which is the structural fiber of the skin. Therefore helps in sustaining the youthfulness of the skin.
Caring face skin also involves proper moisturization of the skin which nourishes it well. Moisturizing agents contains various vitamins and minerals which are absorbed by the skin and further benefits in preserving its softness and glow. But one should be careful while moisturising skin as over-mositurization clogs skin pores which make the skin to breathe improperly and with difficulty. Using olive oil is a good option to nourish skin as it keeps skin breathing. While doing facial it is a more beneficial alternative to use lukewarm water to wipe off beauty products than cold water. Skin massage is helpful in sustaining the glow and shine. Just by taking simple tips in daily routine we can make our skin look more beautiful and healthier.
