Most of us have been bothered by acne at some point or the other, but are unaware of the exact causes of acne. Acne is a skin disorder among occurs most commonly among teenagers. It consists of various kinds of blemishes, mainly on the face, upper chest and back.

Acne classified into three types depending in its kind and place of occurrence. Lots of nodules, which are large and painful on the face, chest and back. Other areas of the body too can be affected. This can lead to permanent scarring. In fact, there are 50 types of acne and hence becomes difficult to find a common cure.

Acne, in a way, lies with you that in your genetic make up, the way you live, the food you eat, the duration for which you exercise and the regular schedules you keep up the exercise which is very important.

Beauty is matter of regular care and if you maintain regular hours, get plenty of sleep, eat sensibly, get adequate relaxation, exercise and strive for freedom from nervous strain, you are more likely to progress towards achieving a cure.
