Before you can cure acne you need to know what specific type of acne you have. The type of acne you have can be determined by what triggers your acne onset. For adults there are numerous types of acne which is why adult acne is often harder to treat than other forms. The following are some types of adult acne and their triggers.
At its basic adult acne is a sudden onset or a continuation of acne once you reach adulthood. It can be caused by hormone imbalances, stress, pollution or medications.
