The expense of ointments and lotions that will only yield small results over a long period of time can be more expensive than the faster and more effective results you gain from laser treatment. Be sure to compare the costs of both before making your decision.

Laser treatment is a method for not only removing your scars, but also for treating your acne and preventing it from happening again. This way you are treating two problems with one treatment rather than using two methods of treatment.
