Chest Acne September 2, 2010
Chest acne can present itself in the form of a blackhead, pimple, pustule, or other most rigorous form of acne, cysts. This acne may affect people who are in the age of 10 to 40 or even after 40. Chest acne is usually known as Zits.
Similar to various types of acne, there is no specific reason causing chest acne. As much as therapeutic considerations goes, chest acne takes place when sebaceous glands start working more assertively around teenage years. These glands are placed just below your skin surface and constantly produce oil or sebum through the openings of your skin.
When more than usual quantities of sebum are formed, hair follicles and pores become stopped. This type of clogging blocks the way dead cells get away from your skin surface. The resulting untidiness of dead cells and sebum stops the hair follicle and it also draws bacterial hit. The bacteria present in this cause the nearby tissues to become irritated and acne takes place on the skin.
Chest acne may appear on the chest and torso and it also appears on the stomach part of the people. It is most severe form when the scratches are become painful and large. Generally, chest acne may be caused due to some external irritants like an irritating bra strap or tight synthetic clothing. Tight fitted clothing traps the sweat between the fabric and the skin; which leads to clogging of pores and ultimately acne.
Chest acne is not caused by heredity or genetic disposition like other forms of acne. In any case, some extent of chest acne causes trouble for people all around the world so it can be estimated that more than single person in any family may have shown signs of this chest acne. Dissimilar to other types of acne, food does not cause any problem in the configuration or explode of chest acne. Eating excessive oil food or exposure to dust and dirt does not affect the chest acne condition. It is to be noted that even too much perspiration after completion of exercise, whether it may be cleaned off quickly or not, it does not cause any chest acne for the people.
Generally, the simple chest acne can be reduced with regular hygienic habit but cystic chest acne goes deep into your skin and it causes permanent marking, and it requires more medical concentration compare to blackheads or simple pimples on the chest part. Chest acne may be avoided by avoiding perspiration from becoming trapped for which one should wear clothing made from cotton which, unlike synthetic clothing, allows more air circulation and evaporation of the trapped sweat.
Chest acne can be treated through an ultra modern approach like ClearPores Skin Cleaning System, which comes with deep body, and facial washes which are designed to work on the outside skin surface by clearing the pores and removing the bacteria and dirt from the skin surface. Herbal pills helps to remove bacteria before they have a chance of turning a follicle into a pimple. And last and the best options are the body protection creams, which keeps the skin free from severe acne problems.
Chest acne can be treated with 10% benzoyl peroxide as the skin on the body is thicker than on the face. This drug is not suitable for the thinner skin on the face.
