From time immemorial it has been advised to drink water for a clear skin. As we all know drinking water is very important for clean and clear skin and your overall health. Water does the work of carrying waster material out of your body and it could possibly be the single most important contributor for the healing process and to prevent the flare-ups of acne. Then comes the question of how water do you need to drink in order to avoid the flare-ups of acne. Around 8-10 glasses of water would be sufficient for beautiful and glowing skin.
Our body is made of 70% water and it is literally our body's life force. It is required in all our body process including absorption, circulation, excretion and digestion. Generally water is considered to be the main carrier of nutrients all over the body and if sufficient amount of water is not consumed then toxins can build up, causing breakouts. Without adequate supply of water, the toxins would build in our body and kidneys remove the waste products by drinking more water. If you drink at least 8 glasses of water every day it flush outs the toxins that typically get away through the pores of your skin and resulting in acne, pustules etc.
Acne problem can be compared to a lion that hits after watching a calf with an awful shuffle and acne is an opportunistic attacker. This type of acne shows up when the inside state of the body becomes vulnerable and weak to being attacked.
So, if you want to avoid acne, drink as much water as possible. Drinking water regularly helps our body clash off and resist acne problems. When you neglect to drink lots of water daily, the amount of water in your body reduces and it also decreases your blood volume. If blood volume in your body decreases to a dangerous level, the thirst control center in the brain, the hypothalamus gets started into action. If you drink only enough water to quench your thirst then that will not raise your blood volume. So, whenever you thirsty, you should drink lots of water to keep your body free from dehydrating and avoid the eruptions of acne from the skin pores.
By drinking lots of water, you keep your body in top condition by eliminating the toxic substances from the blood stream and increasing the volume of blood carrying more oxygen and getting more oxygen means a much more healthier and efficient system. This in turn will lead to lesser occurrence of acnes. Drinking water is one of the best possible treatments available to treat acne.
While suffering with acne problems, each and everyone should drink quality water on a regular basis and if you do not follow this schedule of taking six-packs every day, you make yourself open to illness, disease and vulnerable.
In the end, we can only say that if you want to fight acne without any drugs or medication, water it the way to go. Drink lots and lots of water daily and stay fit and healthy for life.
