A healthy skin means a healthy immune system. If proper diet is taken then one can fight against acne. Acne can be treated if proper diet is taken.

Acne is much common now-a days especially among youngsters. When pimples and spots increase to a larger extent on skin it is said acne. It is caused due to hormonal imbalance, bacterial infection, overactive oil glands etc. As it is said that skin is replica of a healthy body, if skin is having such problems it means there is some internal problem in the body. A proper and balanced nutrition in a diet plays an important role in order to get prevention from acne. Even though there are many remedies like natural and homely remedies and even scientific remedies like laser, nutritionists recommend that balanced diet will do betterment of skin.

In order to keep the skin healthy and away from acne, nutritionists and dermatologists suggest that proper diet rich in vitamins should be prescribed. Vitamin B1 is derived from wheat, rice, nuts, eggs etc. It helps to develop healthy brain and heart. Vitamin B2 is also helpful in physical development and is richly derived from cereals, green vegetables, mushrooms etc. Vitamin B6 is derived from legumes, carrots, potato etc. Vitamin B12, which builds healthy nervous system and source, is milk, meat and fish. Vitamin B helps blood circulation and fights against cholesterol .It helps to fight against acne.

Vitamin C helps to strengthen immunity. Its source is amla, guava, lime, cabbage, tomato, cauliflower etc. Zinc is also an important ingredient to gain a good skin. It builds immunity and aids digestion and is derived from pulses, whole grain cereals, meat, eggs etc. Similarly selenium is derived from vegetables, which are grown in soil. This is also good for preventing acne.

Apart from all this how can one forget the benefits of water? Drinking gallons of water removes poisonous wastes from the body. Toxins are thrown out. Dermatologists prescribe lot of water intake to fight from acne. If all the vitamins are taken in balance and if one drinks a lot of water one can be prevented from acne.
