Acne problem is a serious problem. It cannot be neglected. It has to be attended as a matter of emergency. When it is severe one should consult a dermatologist at the earliest. An acne problem leads to many problems especially among teenagers. School going or a college going boy or a girl who has severe acne will feel depressed. They feel that they will be laughed upon. They feel that their face looks dangerous. Due to such blockages in mind they are reluctant to speak to others and thus they are left alone.
They often misbehave. They are victim of situation and due to the stress that they feel they indulge into unethical deeds. They feel ignored and left out. They undergo depression and become highly introvert. They d not communicate to any one in the class. They cannot even clear their doubts and thus leave themselves behind in studies also, their overall development is hindered.
Acne problem should be solved as it makes a person reclusive. Some people have it on face. Some have on back or neck. Due to this they have the feeling of inferiority. This is the worst feeling among all and makes a person immoral in his acts. The skin of face breaks out. It is very painful.
Acne problem is mainly due to improper balance of hormones, intake of junk food in daily diet, not drinking enough water etc. To solve acne problem firstly healthy diet must be consumed. You should drink at least eight glasses of water every day. Skin specialist should be consulted. You should take proper medication under his supervision. You should not be carried away by the advertisements and become your own doctor in case of severe acne. You should follow the advise of the doctor. So, let the alarm ring before the situation worsens. See a skin specialist if you feel you or your child are about to be victim of such deadly situation.

| I have bad acne and scares i need help. I tryed a lot of stuff like proactive. it dident work very good. i mostley have scares. yes im ashamed of my face.sometimes i hope they will all go away. but it has not worked yet. | |
